모집분야 담당업무 지원자격 모집인원 Safety Engineer 주요 업무 Key Responsibilities
• 안전보건경영시스템(ISO 45001) 인증 유지
• 위험성평가를 기반으로 유해·위험요인을 발굴하고 개선조치에 대한 지도 및 자문 제공
• 정부기관, 노동조합, NEO 등 주요 이해관계자와의 커뮤니케이션 채널 구축 및 운영
• 노동조합과 함께 안전보건위원회 운영
• Volvo Safety Directive Gap 분석 및 SIF(중대재해) 예방을 위한 개선조치 수립·실행
• 볼보 규정 및 국내 법령에 따른 내부 표준(STD) 관리
• Volvo Group 및 외부 보험사와 함께 BLUE Audit 수행
• 화재 감시 및 소방 대응 체계 유지
• 전 직원 및 협력업체를 대상으로 한 안전교육 계획 수립, 운영 및 지원
• 일간·주간·월간·분기·연간 안전점검 계획 수립 및 실행
• 인체공학(Ergonomics) 교육 및 근골격계 위험요인 평가를 통해 작업환경 개선 추진
• 소음, 분진, 용접흄, 중금속 등 작업환경 측정 및 개선
• 내·외부 이해관계자 대상 안전 KPI 및 안전활동 정기 보고
• 각 부서 및 팀별 유해·위험요인 개선 현황 모니터링 및 후속관리
• 전 직원 건강검진 및 유소견자 관리
• 임직원 안전의식 향상을 위한 안전·보건 캠페인 전개
• Maintain ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety Management System certification
.• Identify hazards and risk factors through risk assessments, and provide guidance and advice on improvement actions.
• Establish and operate communication channels with key stakeholders, including government authorities, labor unions, and NEO.
• Operate the Health & Safety Committee in collaboration with the labor union.
• Conduct Volvo afety Directive gap analysis and establish and implement improvement actions to prevent SIFs
.• Manage internal standards and procedures in accordance with Volvo requirements and applicable Korean laws.
• Conduct BLUE Audits together with Volvo Group and external insurance companies
.• Maintain fire monitoring and firefighting response systems
.• Plan, operate, and support safety training for all employees and contractors.
• Establish and execute daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual safety inspection plans
.• Lead ergonomics training and musculoskeletal risk assessments to improve working conditions
.• Measure and improve workplace environmental factors such as noise, dust, welding fumes, and heavy metals
.• Regularly report safety KPIs and safety activities to internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor and follow up on hazard and risk improvement status by department and team
.• Manage employee health check-ups and follow-up care for employees with health findings.• Conduct safety and health campaigns to iprove employees’ safety awareness.경력 및 자격 요건 Experience and Qualifications
• Health & Safety 관련 분야에서 15년 이상의 실무 경험 보유
• 관리자급 이상 및 지사장 등 다양한 Senior Stakeholder와 효과적으로 협업하고 조율할 수 있는 커뮤니케이션 역량
• 안전공학 또는 관련 전공 학사 학위 이상 보유자 또는 이에 준하는 역량 보유자
• 산업안전기사, 산업위생관리기사 등 안전보건 관련 자격 보유자
• 데이터 분석 및 자동화 도구 활용 역량 우대 (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps 등)
• ISO 45001(안전보건경영시스템)에 대한 이해 및 관련 자격 보유자 우대
• 영어로 원활한 비즈니스 커뮤니케이션이 가능한 분 (Speaking & Writing)
• 해외 출장에 결격 사유가 없는 분
• More than 15 years of practical experience in Health & Safety or a related field.
• Communication skills to effectively collaborate and coordinate with senior stakeholders, including managers and branch leaders
.• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Safety Engineering or a related field, or equivalent capability.
• Relevant Health & Safety certifications such as Industrial Safety Engineer or Industrial Hygiene Management Engineer
.• Preferred: ability to use data analysis and automation tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps
.• Preferred: understanding of ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety Maagement System and related certifications
.• Ability to communicate effectively in English for business purposes, both speaking and writing.
